Likhithaa D. has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources. Likhithaa started their career as a Human Resources Intern at PlaySimple Games in October 2018, where they gained valuable experience in HR. In April 2019, they continued their internship at Manipal Global Education Services, further enhancing their HR skills. In January 2022, Likhithaa joined Deep Rooted.Co as a Human Resources Business Partner, where they worked until January 2023, contributing to the company's HR strategies. Currently, Likhithaa holds the role of Lead Talent & Culture at Silq starting from March 2023, highlighting their progression and leadership in the HR field.

Likhithaa D. began their education in 2015 at Christ Junior College, where they did not obtain any specific degree or field of study. From 2017 to 2020, they attended Christ University in Bangalore, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration.
