Robert Barton

Robert Barton is an experienced educator with a diverse background in both teaching and counseling. Currently serving as a Fine Art Teacher at Vidor Independent School District since August 2018, Robert transitioned to this role after a 12-year tenure as a School Counselor at Silsbee Independent School District, where Robert has worked since August 2007. Prior to the counseling position, Robert spent several years as a Teacher at Silsbee ISD from August 1998 to May 2007 and at Port Arthur Independent School District from September 1991 to May 1998. Robert holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Lamar University, earned between 1985 and 1992.
