Allison Ray is currently a Quality Engineer III at Siltronic AG, having progressed through Quality Engineer positions I and II since September 2022. Prior experience includes working as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Giers’ Lab Spine by Design, focusing on biomedical image processing to improve patient care for intervertebral disc hernias. Additionally, Allison served as a member of the TRACE OSU COVID-19 Testing Team, conducting tests and promoting CDC guidelines, as well as volunteering in the Surgical Department at Oregon Health & Science University, where extensive observation in the operating room took place. Educational background comprises a Master's degree in Data Analytics and a Bachelor's degree in Bioengineering from Oregon State University, along with a Minor in Chemistry, complemented by high school graduation from Jesuit High School Portland.
