John Lobo

John Lobo is a seasoned Senior Process Engineer with extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, currently employed at Siltronic Corporation since March 2004. In this role, John has been instrumental in qualifying new products and customers, achieving a 20-30% enhancement in epi process capability through strategic process optimization and hardware modifications. Previously, John served as a Process Engineer at Intel Corporation from June 1984 to July 1985, focusing on optimizing the Start Ox process and oxygen levels to boost intrinsic gettering. John holds a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from Bucknell University and a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology in Kanpur.
