Matthew Johnson

Matthew Johnson is an experienced application engineer currently working at Siltronic AG since October 2022. Prior to this role, a significant tenure at Qorvo, Inc. included positions as Laser Dice Process Engineer III, Laser Dice Process Engineer II, and Laser Dice Process Engineer, focused on the laser dice singulation process in Hillsboro, OR. Matthew also gained valuable experience as an engineering intern at Qorvo in two separate summers, where responsibilities included optimizing die sort probe cleaning processes and developing workflows for probe card analysis.
