Alexander Marash

Alexander Marash, PMP, currently serves as Principal Technical Program Manager at Silvaco Inc since August 2025, and previously held the role of Principal Project Manager at Qorvo, Inc. from January 2011 to August 2025, where strategic program management for GaAs and Silicon semiconductor module development was a primary focus. Marash has extensive experience in project and site management, having worked at ConMed Integrated Systems, Hoffman Media Systems, and Cape Dixon Associated, Inc., where responsibilities included overseeing quality management, engineering audio/video systems, and performing acoustical consulting. Academically, Marash holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science and an MBA with a specialization in Business Analytics from the Georgia Institute of Technology and the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, as well as degrees in Physics and Electrical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.
