Mao Li is currently the FAE Director of Advanced CMOS at Silvaco Inc, specializing in Foundry TCAD Technical Applications. Previously, Mao worked as a Senior Engineer in the Research Department at Hisilicon, where they received the HiSilicon President's Individual Award. Mao has also held positions at SMIC as an Engineer in Tech R&D and completed an R&D internship at imec focused on 2D material MoS2 logic device design. Mao holds a Master of Science in Materials Engineering from the University of Leuven and a Bachelor of Engineering in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Science and Technology Beijing.
