Nat Collins

Nat Collins currently serves as Principal Field Applications Engineer at Silvaco Inc since July 2023 and has been the President (volunteer) of the Palo Alto Philharmonic since July 2010. Prior experience includes roles as an Analog Layout Engineer at PSIQUANTUM LTD, where detailed work on mask design for advanced semiconductor processes was conducted, and as CEO and Co-founder of Veloloop, which developed patented technology to aid cyclists. Additional engineering positions held include Electronic Engineer at AirSpeQ, Laser, Optics, and Materials Researcher at SurfaceInk, and various product engineering roles at Edify Photonics and Coga Labs. Earlier experience includes key engineering roles at Micron Technology and Texas Instruments, focusing on process integration and technology advancement for semiconductor design. Nat Collins holds an MS in Electrical Engineering and a BS in Systems Engineering from Boston University.
