Silvāna Hotels & Resorts is a luxury hospitality brand under Iktaara Hospitality Private Limited. The inaugural property, Silvāna Raipur, opens on Airport Road, Raipur, Chhattisgarh.

The name comes from the Latin silva — forest. The brand narrative: a garden, tended long enough, becomes a forest. Deeper roots. Wider canopy. More tranquility.

Five things define us:

Unhurried — time that belongs to the guest. No agenda imposed, no pace demanded. The luxury of nothing pressing.

Nature as a design discipline — not a backdrop, but the organizing principle. Light, shadow, material, and scale, each chosen with intention.

Invisible service — technology working quietly so guests never have to ask twice.
Rooted locally — genuinely of this place. In material, in food, in season.

Quiet luxury — restraint over spectacle. Depth over display.

Silvāna Raipur features the Magnolia Pavilion and Primrose Ballroom for weddings and events, the Jugnoo restaurant, a Clubhouse with banquet, gym, and conference facilities, and the Sky Suite — a presidential rooftop penthouse.

We are building a small, excellent team. People who notice things without being told, and who find satisfaction in the gap between expected and actual.
