James Botiquin

James Botiquin is a values- and purpose-driven engineering leader currently serving as the Design Verification Director at SilVer. They have extensive experience in launching, scaling, and sustaining high-performance project and client teams, with a focus on Agile, DevOps, and 4DX methodologies. Previously, James was a Principal Hardware Engineer and Project Lead at Canon Information Technologies, where they managed design verification projects and facilitated training programs. They also contributed to developing partnerships between industry and academia at Xinyx Semiconductor Design Services, promoting student internships and faculty immersions. James began their career as a university lecturer and has held various technical roles, including at Intel Corporation, where they focused on microprocessor product development.
