Carrie Braddock

Carrie Braddock joined Silver Lake in 2020 as Managing Director and Head of ESG & Impact. Prior to joining Silver Lake, Ms. Braddock was a Senior Managing Director at Centerbridge Partners, where she was responsible for launching the Centerbridge Foundation, developing an ESG strategy, and integrating Inclusion and Diversity initiatives across the firm. She began her career in the Investment Banking Division of Goldman Sachs as well as in strategic planning at the Walt Disney Company. Ms. Braddock now serves on the Board of Directors of New Visions for Public Schools. She is also on the founding Advisory Board of Mount Sinai’s Parenting Center, and in 2019 received the Social Enterprise Leadership Award from the Tamer Center at Columbia Business School. Ms. Braddock graduated with a B.A. from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
