Michael Yosowitz has extensive work experience in finance and leadership roles. Michael is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Silver Oak Cellars & Twomey Cellars, a position they started in May 2020. In addition, they serve as a Board Member at Laramie Holdings since 2020. Prior to their current roles, Yosowitz was the Chief Financial Officer at Tide Rock Holdings from 2018 to 2020. Michael also held the position of Interim Chief Financial Officer at Seismic Games, which was later acquired by Niantic, from 2017 to 2018. Before that, Yosowitz was the Chief Financial Officer at OrionCKB, a performance and direct marketing agency acquired by Elite SEM, from 2014 to 2017. Michael began their career at Goldman Sachs as a Vice President of Investment Banking from 2006 to 2013, specializing in energy and technology sectors and completing several high-value M&A transactions.
Michael Yosowitz holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Michael also obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin.
