Veronica Jauregui started their work experience in 2005 as a Learning and Performance Specialist at Beam Global Spirits & Wine. Veronica then moved on to Beam Wine Estates in the same year, where they worked as a Senior HR Representative until 2007. In 2003, they joined Constellation Wines US as a Human Resources Manager, a position they held for nine years until 2012. From 2012 to 2018, Veronica worked at Silver Oak Cellars & Twomey Cellars, first as a Director of HR and later as the Vice President of HR from 2019.
Veronica Jauregui holds a Master of Science degree in Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, specializing in Human Resources, from Sonoma State University.
