Jonathan Ko has held various strategic roles in finance, starting as an Investment Banking Analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch before moving into Corporate Strategy and Development at Springleaf Financial Services. Jonathan then transitioned to Golub Capital as Vice President of Corporate Development and later joined Varagon Capital Partners as a Principal focusing on Capital Formation and Investor Solutions. Currently, Jonathan serves as the Managing Director and Head of Product Strategy at Silver Point Capital, L.P. their academic background includes a B.S. in Economics, Finance, and Marketing from The Wharton School.
