Gary Rice

Gary Rice possesses extensive experience in academia and management, serving primarily in roles related to business and culinary education. From April 2013 to August 2023, Gary Rice worked as a Business Professor at Education Management Corporation and as an Adjunct Professor and Campus Director at The Art Institutes. Gary Rice also held a managerial position at Military Deli Bakery Services from July 2002 to November 2010 and served in various roles at The Culinary Institute of America in early 2014. Currently, Gary Rice is the Culinary Academic Director at The Art Institute of San Antonio and has recently taken on the role of Director at Silver Ventures starting January 2024. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Keller Graduate School of Management and DeVry University, alongside a degree in Food and Beverage Management from Le Chef School of Culinary Arts.
