Beth McCurdy

VP, Clinical Services, Communities at Silverado

Beth McCurdy, RN BSN, has thirty years of nursing experience working in long term care. Beth has been a Director of Nursing since 1998, and has worked with many esteemed long term care organizations over the years.

Beth joined Silverado in the spring of 2007, as a Director of Health Services. Two years later she was promoted to Regional Director of Health Services, which gave Beth the opportunity to collaborate with key clinical and operations leadership to identify trends to implement measures to assure resident quality of care and regulatory compliance. Beth recently has spent several years at Silverado in the role of Senior Clinical Informatics Nurse, where she was able to assist Silverado with the implementation of an electronic health record to improve transparency, and to promote automation of Silverado’s Clinical Outcomes. To date, Beth is the Senior Director of Clinical Services with Silverado, where she provides training and mentorship for Silverado’s clinical leaders, development of company policy and procedures, as well as compliance with company policy, state and federal regulations. In 2016 Beth received the TALA Hero Award as Regional Director of Nursing, as well as being appointed by the Texas Health and Human Services Commission to serve on the Long – Term Care Survey and Informal Dispute Resolution Council.
