Dan Sharkey is a seasoned process engineer with extensive experience in semiconductor and process development. Currently serving as a Senior Process Engineer at Silveray since January 2025, Dan previously held key positions at SmartKem Limited, including Process Integration Lead and Senior Process Development Engineer, from February 2019 to January 2025. Earlier in Dan's career, from September 2010 to February 2019, experience at Diodes Incorporated encompassed roles as a Process Development Engineer and Process Engineer, with a focus on Smart Bipolar Processes and LPCVD deposition of polysilicon thin films. Dan holds a Master of Physics with Study in Europe degree from The University of Manchester, earned from 2006 to 2010.
