Damian Hall

Damian Hall has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Damian started their career at AXA Insurance Plc in 2001 as the Head of Risk Control L&D, a position they held for almost 10 years. In 2010, Damian moved on to Signpost37 Ltd, where they served as the Managing Director, focusing on executive and business performance coaching, management development consultancy, and psychometric profiling. Following their time at Signpost37 Ltd, Damian became a Non-Executive Director at Changing Lives, an organization that helps vulnerable, disadvantaged, and homeless individuals make positive changes in their lives. In 2011, Damian also held the role of Interim Global HR Director at jackel International, where they supported the company's rapid global expansion. Most recently, Damian worked at Silverbean, first as a Non Executive Director and then as the Chief Operating Officer and Global MD, a position they held from October 2018 onwards.

Damian Hall attended Business School from 1986 to 1990 but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study.
