Molly Garrett is currently the Head of HR at Silverbean, having assumed the role in 2025. Previously, they served as the Lead People Advisor at EPAM Systems from 2020 to 2024 and held various positions at Silverbean, including People and Development Senior Advisor. Molly began their career as an HR & Finance Assistant at TH_NK from 2017 to 2019. They hold a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management with CIPD Accreditation from Newcastle University, where they graduated with distinction, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies with First Class Honours from Northumbria University.
