Emily Neumann

Emily Neumann is a QA Engineer with experience in both manual and automated testing. Currently employed at Priority Software since February 2022, Emily is responsible for various quality assurance processes. Previously, from December 2020 to February 2022, Emily worked as a QA Engineer at Sagi Digital, where tasks included writing test documents and scripts, conducting client and server-side testing, and managing documentation of tests and bugs using JIRA and Testuff. Prior to that, from April 2016 to July 2020, Emily provided technical support for Samsung mobile devices, assisting customers with device operation and troubleshooting through remote systems and phone support.
