Travis May

Travis May is currently a Business Analyst at Silverchair. Travis has previously worked as a Client Relationship Consultant at CoStar Group from April 2019 to October 2021 and as a Business Analyst at Silverchair from November 2021 to June 2022.

May has experience in conducting interviews with business stakeholders, end users, operational management and system owners to extract information on the “why” and “how”. Travis is skilled in analyzing current state processes and proposing improvements. Travis has also researched technical solution options and presented recommendations to the project team.

May has also developed Agile Scrum BA documentation, including process flows, user stories and acceptance criteria. Travis is experienced in working on multiple projects at the same time and managing a team of researchers on data analytics and metrics.
