Steve Bannerman

Steve has successfully launched new businesses and over 50 new products into a range of markets that include media & entertainment, consumer, enterprise and telecom. He founded Caststream, a successful streaming media company, which was acquired by Tarantella, and subsequently by Sun Microsystems. As a 11 year veteran at Apple Steve launched Apple’s QuickTime TV Network, the world’s first content delivery network optimized for streaming video among a variety of other accomplishments. He led the company’s transition to a subscription-based online software model at Assimilate and launched the company’s first integrated global sales and market effort at GenArts. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management from Georgia Tech.
