I'm Zoe Montague, and I'm building the tools MSPs actually need while still doing the consulting work I love.

Silverfern Technology Consultants operates two divisions: FernWorks (our SaaS development arm) and traditional IT consulting for Managed Service Providers.

Why Both?

After years working at MSPs - from helpdesk through building entire cloud service lines - I kept seeing the same operational problems. Some needed consulting to solve. Others needed software that doesn't exist yet. So I'm building both.

FernWorks: Building for MSPs

Our first product is Unified DNS - centralized DNS management for MSPs juggling multiple providers (Cloudflare, GoDaddy, Namecheap, Porkbun, and more). It includes automated backups, Hudu integration, and email security compliance monitoring, domain inventory reporting, record management, and more!

Currently in private beta, launching Q1 2026. Built by someone who's lived the problems it solves.

Consulting: Solving Today's Problems

While building for the future, I still work directly with MSPs on:
- Azure cloud implementations and migrations
- Leadership coaching and strategic guidance
- M&A due diligence and IT integration
- Operational support and infrastructure projects

Who I Work With

Small to mid-sized MSPs and MSSPs (under 50 employees). Whether you need help streamlining operations or want early access to tools built specifically for MSP workflows, let's talk.

The Difference

I'm not a consultant who read about MSPs. I lived it - the missing documentation, the impossible client demands, the 15 tools that don't talk to each other. That experience drives both the consulting advice and the products we build.

Let's connect and see how Silverfern can help your MSP thrive.
