Cassandra Rodenhurst

Cassandra Rodenhurst is currently the Human Resources Manager at Silverflow. Cassandra has previous experience as a Business Manager at ING, a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Start.ca, and a Human Resources Coordinator at the University Students' Council at the University of Western Ontario. Cassandra has a passion for human resources and enjoys helping others in their field. Cassandra is a highly motivated individual who is always looking for new opportunities to learn and grow.

Cassandra has a Bachelor of Management Organizational Studies from Western University. Cassandra also has a certification from the Dutch Labour Law & HR in Employment law for contemporary management in the Netherlands BASIC (Dutch HRM & Labour Law module 1, in English). Cassandra is also certified by the HRPA Toronto Chapter (Human Resources Professional Association) as a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) and by the Institute Of Professional Management- IPM as a Registered Professional Recruiter. Lastly, they are certified by the HRPA - Human Resources Professionals Association as a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP).
