Yi Zeng

Yi studied Electrical Engineering with a strong focus on Telecommunications at Eindhoven University of Technology before she started her career at Underwriters Laboratories (UL), which was her first step into the world of payments.

Starting off as a technical analyst at UL, Yi was soon promoted to tech lead and service owner. The role 'tech lead' allowed her to provide strong technical direction, mediate technical debates and manage the technical quality of project deliveries; while the role 'service owner' added more business elements in her professional life. During her 7 years at UL, she had the unique opportunity to work with Acquirers and Issuers of all sizes across the globe.

Before joining Silverflow, Yi was part of the CCV team responsible for verifying and validating new features added to the cloud-based (AWS) Acquiring processing host.

As a Product Manager, Yi outlines product vision, creates actionable strategies, and oversees product development from conception to completion.
