Rob Ainscough

Rob Ainscough is the Chief Identity Security Advisor for EMEA at Silverfort, where they help organizations navigate the complexities of identity security and optimize IAM spending. Previously, Rob served as the Head of Identity & Access Management at Tesco, establishing a comprehensive IAM program. Their extensive experience includes various roles at Tesco, ranging from Technology Change Programme Manager to Project Manager, during which they led significant initiatives in technology and access management. Rob began their career with a summer internship at Deloitte UK. They are also currently an advisor at The Identity Underground.
