Ron Marom

Ron Marom is an experienced cybersecurity professional with a strong background in threat hunting, incident response, and security research. Currently serving as the Security Research Team Lead at Silverfort since July 2025, Marom previously held the position of Senior Cloud Security Researcher at Rezonate, where work continued until June 2025. Prior experience includes roles as an Incident Response Expert at Sygnia and a Threat Hunting and Incident Response Expert with the Israel Defense Forces - Unit Matzov. Marom also served as a Threat Hunting and Security Monitoring Team Leader within Israeli Military Intelligence - Unit 8200 and as a Cyber Security Course Instructor for the J6 & Cyber Defense Directorate of the IDF. Marom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from The College of Management Academic Studies, earned between October 2017 and August 2020.
