Randall Becker

Randall Becker, MS, CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, CDPSE, CEH has extensive experience in the field of information security. Starting in 1991, they worked as a Network/LAN Manager at Loeb & Loeb LLP until 1995. From 1995 to 1996, they served as a Consultant at JTA Research. Randall then joined Prosum as a Senior Consultant from 1996 to 2002. In 2002, Becker became the AVP, IT Security Manager at Imperial Capital Bank, a position they held until 2010 when they joined The Active Network as a Network Engineer - PCI Compliance. In the same year, they also started working at BOFI Federal Bank as an FVP - Information Technology & Security, a role they held until 2016. Following this, Becker served as the VP - Information Security at SNH Inc. from 2016 to 2017. Currently, they are the Senior Vice President, Chief Information Security Officer at Silvergate Bank, a position they have held since 2017.

Randall Becker holds a Master of Science degree in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance from Western Governors University. Randall also obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology - Security from the same institution. In addition to their degrees, Randall has earned the following certifications: CDPSE from ISACA, CISA from ISACA, CISM from ISACA, CISSP from (ISC)², and CRISC from ISACA.
