Sam Ford

Sam Ford is an accomplished banking and finance professional with extensive experience in leadership and consulting roles. Currently serving as Managing Director for Bank Wind-down at Silvergate Bank, Ford is responsible for overseeing the voluntary liquidation process and previously co-led the bank's restructuring efforts. As the Founder and Principal of Ovington Consulting LLC, Ford mobilizes specialized teams to provide strategic implementation and change management for clients in traditional banking, capital markets, cryptocurrency, and fintech. Prior consulting roles include Partner at Broyd Partners LLC, where guidance and program management were provided to the banking and financial markets industry, and various managing director positions at Barclays Investment Bank, RBS, and NatWest Markets. Ford holds a Master's degree in Engineering, Economics & Management from the University of Oxford.
