Shaista Ehsan is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in project leadership, recruitment, data analysis, and search engine optimization. Currently serving as a Project Leader at Silverlight Research Expert Network since February 2023, Shaista manages projects from inception to completion. Previously, Shaista worked as an External Recruiter at Silverlight, sourcing and hiring suitable candidates. Shaista has also held positions as a Data Analyst at AB Traders, where statistical techniques were employed to analyze data and forecast financial trends, and as a Search Engine Optimization Specialist at Khakaas Kitchen and a Search Engine Optimization Executive at IK Technologies USA, focusing on website optimization. Earlier experience includes working as a UI Designer at The Nest I/O, transforming project requirements into user interfaces.
