Mark Jackson has over 13 years of experience in the IT industry. Mark began their career in 2004 as Service Manager, Systems Maintenance, Systems Design, and Programming at POS Solutions Inc. In 2005, they moved to Business Communication Systems of NC as a Technical Consultant, Systems Management, Network Service Lead, and Internet Service Provider. In 2007, Mark moved to Lewis Advertising, Inc. as IT Manager, driving corporate IT infrastructure and supervising IT operations. In 2017, Mark moved to Infranet Technologies Group, Inc. as an Engineer - Client Support. Most recently, they have been a Client Services Engineer at Silverline Solutions since 2018.
