Roy Wiggins, Jr. is a strategic operations leader with over two decades of experience in business analysis, strategic planning, and operational management. They founded Strategic Business Concepts, LLC, where they used lean management techniques to achieve significant organizational growth, including guiding a client through a restructuring that resulted in a tenfold increase in growth over five years. As the Executive Director at Friendship Baptist Church / Friendship Christian School, Roy oversaw daily operations and implemented initiatives that led to substantial revenue increases and cost reductions. Currently, they serve as the Human Resource and Finance Director at Silverline Solutions while pursuing further education in business analysis and an MBA at East Carolina University.
