Hope Warner is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in solution architecture and Salesforce delivery. Currently serving as Director and Senior Solution Architect at Mphasis Silverline since October 2024, Hope has held various leadership roles including AVP and Salesforce Delivery Manager at First United Bank, and Solution Consultant at Salesforce. Previous positions include Lead Salesforce Administrator at Alliant Health Solutions, Salesforce Business Analyst at Globe Life, and Director of Sales Operations at Chrome Lot. Hope began a career in operations management at Lowe's Companies, Inc. Hope holds a Master of Science in Systems Engineering and Management from The University of Texas at Dallas and is pursuing a Customer Experience Professional Certification at The George Washington University School of Business. Additionally, Hope has completed multiple courses on Trailhead by Salesforce.
