Gary Mordue

With more than 30 years experience in IT, most of which has been in the health sector, Gary oversees the development and support of the PCS product set, providing extensive domain knowledge and strong technical skills to ensure the solution meets customer needs.

Having worked for Silverlink since 1996, Gary represents the company at the PCS User Group and plays an important role in maintaining user contact and changing requirements. As part of this responsibility, he recently conducted a review of the changing needs of PCS in a post-COVID world, resulting in a number of enhancements to the system.

In his wider role as Operations Manager, Gary is heavily involved in maintaining Silverlink’s ISO accreditations and oversees all internal IT system. Having virtualised the internal servers, he is now looking into ways in which cloud technology can further reduce the reliance on physical locations and unlock potential for remote working.
