Russell Dailey

Russell Dailey has worked in various roles since 2004. Russell began their career as the Owner of R&SD Consulting, a consulting firm focused on improving marketing and sales presence online. In 2005, they became the Business Partner and VP of Operations for MP3 Rocket.com, where they created and managed succession and talent plans for associates at all levels. In 2007, they became a Volunteer Scout Leader for the Boy Scouts of America. In 2012, they took on the role of Business Operations Manager for the Work Activity Center, where they were responsible for accounting, HR, IT and facilities for a non-profit organization. That same year, they also became the Business Development Director for Predictive Index of Utah, where they were responsible for business to business development, marketing, sales and consulting. In 2014, they became the Interim Director for Thresher Piano Movers, as well as the District Executive for the Utah National Parks Council - BSA. Here, they were responsible for working with the non-profit committee to provide year-round staffing, training, program and finance functions. In 2016, they became the Business Development & Sales for Jones Paint & Glass, and in 2020, they became the VP Amazon Marketing & Compliance for SilverOnyx LLC.

Russell Dailey attended the University of Utah from 1989 to 1991, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Russell then returned to the University of Utah from 1991 to 2001 and graduated with a Master of Public Administration in Human Resource Management and Local Government.
