Lalit Kumar is a qualified Chartered Accountant with 12 years of specialized experience in financial reporting, consolidation, and SOX compliance, having worked at leading MNCs such as Morgan Stanley, HSBC, and Genpact. Lalit currently serves as the General Manager in the Group Finance team at Silverpush in Gurgaon, focusing on the preparation of financial statements and external audits for legal entities worldwide. Previously, Lalit held the position of Director at Morgan Stanley, where they led a team responsible for regulatory reporting disclosures. Lalit’s expertise includes interpreting IFRS and US GAAP standards and managing complex consolidation processes. They hold a Chartered Accountant degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Bachelor of Commerce from Delhi University.
