Chris Marchant

Chris Marchant is a highly experienced Programme Director currently at SilverRail since February 2020. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Programme Manager and Project Director at Cubic Transportation Systems Ltd, where responsibilities encompassed leading development and installation projects for TfL's ticketing equipment, managing a team of over 20 Project Managers, and ensuring client satisfaction while achieving financial success. Chris also served as Senior Programme Manager at Scheidt & Bachmann, overseeing the design phase of a £7M contract for the Glasgow subway ticketing system, and held a Contract Programme Manager position at General Dynamics UK Limited. Additionally, Chris was an Executive Programme Manager at Thales, managing multiple contracts for the UK Future Strategic Tanker Aircraft, and spent 14 years at Thales ATM developing air traffic control solutions.
