Allison Lu

Allison Lu is a seasoned recruiter, career coach, and education consultant with a diverse background in talent acquisition and creative writing. They have held notable positions, including Recruiting Manager at TBWA\Chiat\Day and Director of Talent at Pereira O'Dell, while also founding The Schoolhouse Scout and serving as Head of Recruitment at SILVERSIDE. Allison's teaching experience includes roles as an instructor and adjunct professor. They earned a BA in Advertising from The University of Georgia and a Certificate in Copywriting from The Creative Circus. They are currently on maternity leave, with plans to return in early 2023.
