Georg Magg

Georg Magg is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various technology and security companies. Currently serving as the Senior Managing Director at SilverSky since November 2022, Georg leads the EMEA team for a prominent managed detection and response platform, focusing on shifting clients from reactive to proactive security strategies. Previous positions include GM/CEO at IQbyte from January 2014 to November 2022 and GM/CEO at JAHR TOP SPECIAL VERLAG from October 2012 to December 2013. Additionally, Georg held the CEO position at Integralis from January 2003 to September 2012, and Director of Sales and Marketing EMEA at American Power Conversion from 1999 to 2003, where earlier roles included Country Manager Central Europe at APC Europe and Project Manager at digital equipment. Georg holds a Dipl. Ing. degree in Electrical Engineering from Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences, obtained from 1982 to 1986.
