Jack Coffey

Jack Coffey is an experienced professional with a background in engineering and property management. Jack started their career as a Helper to Engineer at JLL in 1999 and moved on to become an Operating Engineer at Forest City Realty Trust in 2008. Jack then worked as a Lead Engineer at Brookfield Properties from 2011 to 2020 before joining Silverstein Properties in 2021 as a Lead Engineer, overseeing Spotify's account in 4 WTC. Jack'sroles have involved utilizing OKR methodology and designing custom cloud-based building management systems.

Jack Coffey completed engineering training at the Local 94 training facility from 1999 to 2002. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Management at Arizona State University. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications in facilities management, ethics, Lean Six Sigma, discrimination prevention, and more from institutions like BOMI International and Project Management Academy.
