Fiona Ball

Fiona Ball is an experienced professional with a diverse background in administrative support and customer service roles. Currently serving as a Personal Assistant at Silverstream Technologies since April 2023, Fiona previously held the position of Executive Assistant to the CEO at Angela Mortimer Group from October 2022 to March 2023. Fiona's earlier experience includes a significant tenure at The Go-Ahead Group plc, where roles included Business Analyst and Personal Assistant to Directors, as well as positions at Grace Belgravia, Advanced Skincare & Dermatology, and European Wax Center. Fiona began their career in customer service at Beekind and has also volunteered at UC Davis Medical Center. Fiona holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of California, Davis, earned in 2013.
