Silverthorne Homebuilders was founded as a response to the need for quality construction and honest builders. Both owners reside with their families in a Silverthorne Custom home in the Sycamore, IL community, and are actively involved in the day-to-day production of the company to ensure the highest quality is delivered to each new homeowner. A commitment to customer-first relationships, quality building, and an efficient process has helped make Silverthorne one of DeKalb and Kane County’s most established locally owned and operated builders.

Over the years, the company has grown through word-of-mouth referrals from existing homeowners, and has expanded into multiple communities outside of Sycamore, including Genoa, cortland, Hampshire, Elgin, and as far west as Iowa. All Silverthorne homes are customizable as a commitment to our customer-first nature. So whether you want to increase the size of a room, or build your house around your piano, Silverthorne will work with you to make your dream home come to life.
