Benjamin Soussan has had a diverse range of work experiences in the finance and commodity trading sectors. Benjamin is currently working as the Chief Capital Officer at Silvr since June 2021. Prior to this, they held positions at UBP - Union Bancaire Privée, where they worked in alternative investments and multi-asset roles from January 2017 to January 2020, and portfolio management - alternative investments roles from October 2015 to January 2017. Before UBP, Benjamin co-founded and served as a senior consultant at Commodity Edge from 2010 to 2015. Benjamin also worked at Deutsche Bank in commodities sales and trading from 2007 to 2008, Trafigura in commodities trading from 2004 to 2007, and Louis Dreyfus Company in FX middle office in 2000.

Benjamin Soussan completed their education with a Master of Science in Finance and Financial Management Services from Boston College Carroll School of Management in 2002-2003. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL, where they studied from 1999 to 2001. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Alternative Investment Analyst Charter (CAIA Charter) from the CAIA Association in March 2020. In November 2015, they obtained the Certification AMF from the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) in France. In March 2006, they obtained the IMC certification from the Financial Conduct Authority.
