Eric Kwoka started their work experience in 2010 as an Automotive Organizational Maintenance Supervisor in the United States Marine Corps. Eric held this role until 2012 and then continued to serve as a supervisor in the Marine Corps from 2012 to 2015. In 2014, they became a Producer at Anime Summit and worked in this role until 2018. From 2019 to 2022, they joined Build Grow Scale, where they started as a Revenue Optimization Intern and then became a Revenue Optimization Expert. In 2021, they worked as a Front End Engineer & UX Professional, and in 2022 they joined Silvr as a Front End Engineer. Additionally, in 2022, they took on the role of Lead Full Stack Engineer at RKDE, where they worked until 2023.

Eric Kwoka has a diverse education history. In 2015, they attended Sierra College and obtained an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, which they completed in 2017. After that, from 2017 to 2019, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management at San Diego State University. In addition, they have obtained multiple Google Analytics certifications, including Advanced Google Analytics, Google Analytics for Power Users, and the Google Analytics Individual Qualification. Eric also completed the W3Cx WAI: Introduction to Web Accessibility course provided by edX in June 2021. Furthermore, they acquired certifications in Front End Development Libraries, JavaScript Algorithms and Data Structures, and Responsive Web Design from freeCodeCamp in April 2022. Prior to their academic pursuits, Eric also obtained certification as an EMT-B from the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians in December 2014.
