Tae K.

Tae K. has a comprehensive work experience in the software engineering field. They started their career in 1996 at Hyundai Electronics America, where they held the role of Lead Software Engineer, responsible for writing device drivers and user interfaces for cellular phones. In 1998, they joined Philips Consumer Communications as a Software Engineer until 2000. They then moved to Malibu Networks, where they worked as a Senior Firmware Engineer, focusing on writing device drivers and Windows tools for 802.16 WiMax. From 2002 to 2014, Tae K. was employed by Broadcom as a Principal Software Engineer, specializing in debugging power consumption issues in Android phones under the Linux environment. During this time, they worked on various tasks such as debugging wake-locks, power domains, and GPIO configurations, as well as resolving kernel panic issues and memory problems. From 2014 to 2019, Tae K. worked at Amazon Lab126 as a Software Development Engineer. In this role, they worked on Continuous Integration (CI) using tools such as Jenkins, Python, and shell scripts to build, test, and integrate software. They also created and modified Jenkins jobs using XML and REST API. Currently, Tae K. holds the position of Senior Software Engineer at Silvus Technologies, Inc., starting from 2019.

Tae K. completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mechanical Engineering from U.C. Berkeley between 1990 and 1995. Following this, Tae K. pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University from 1995 to 1996.
