Tim Chen is an experienced System/DSP/ASIC engineer and technical leader specializing in wireless communication PHY design. With a proven track record, Tim led cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance wireless SoC designs, completing over 19 production masks that resulted in the shipment of over 300 million chips. Tim's expertise encompasses all aspects of wireless modem System and RTL design, including OFDM/MIMO modem and RF compensation System algorithms. Currently, Tim serves as the Technical Director of Wireless Systems at Silvus Technologies, focusing on massive MIMO wireless product research and system design. Tim holds a Ph.D. and a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles.
