Dejan Jug

Dejan Jug has extensive work experience in the field of architecture and information technology. Dejan is currently serving as the Chief Information Officer at Sim Local since July 2022. Prior to this position, Dejan held the role of Consulting Architect at ailíniú from December 2019 to July 2022. Dejan also worked as a Consulting Architect at Bank of Ireland from December 2019 to November 2021 and at permanent tsb from September 2019 to December 2019. Before joining Bank of Ireland, Dejan worked at Vodafone as a Consulting Architect from November 2017 to November 2018. Dejan also served as the Chief Architect at Three Ireland from September 2013 to July 2016 and as an Enterprise Architect at Vodafone Ireland in September 2013. Dejan's earlier experience includes roles as an Online Architect and Technical Architect at Vodafone Ireland from June 2011 to June 2012 and September 2010 to June 2011, respectively. Dejan began their career at ComTrade Group as a Solutions architect & lead developer from August 2003 to September 2010.

Dejan Jug obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics from Univerza v Mariboru, which they attended from 1991 to 1996. In addition, they have obtained a certification as an AWS Solution Architect from AWS in May 2019.
