Deepak Dhar

Deepak Dhar has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering. Deepak is currently working as a Principal DV Engineer at SiMa.ai since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at AMD from 2013 to 2022, holding the position of SMTS. During their time at AMD, they focused on Pre Silicon and Post Silicon Validation of USB 3.0 Dual Role Device, with OTG 3.0 Support. Deepak also supported verification BIST features of Multi Protocol SerDes IP and H.

Before their tenure at AMD, Deepak worked at Open-Silicon as a Lead Verification Engineer from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they worked at Wipro Technologies as a Technical Lead from 2004 to 2011. At Wipro Technologies, they gained experience in various areas such as USB ASSP integration verification, Renesas MCU family peripherals verification, Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR product family verification/maintenance, and Infineon Touch Sense controller verification.

Deepak's early career included a role as a Member Technical Staff at NitAl Computer Systems Pvt. Ltd. Pune from 2003 to 2004.
