Oracle professional services, delivered to European governance standards.

Simalaya is an Oracle Partner delivering implementation, managed services, and support to enterprise and institutional clients across the Middle East and Europe. With legal entities in Switzerland and the UAE, we combine European governance standards with two decades of on-the-ground GCC delivery experience.

Simalaya SA was incorporated in Switzerland in 2006 as a management and technology consulting firm. Over nearly two decades, we delivered complex programmes for leading organisations across financial services, telecommunications, energy, and international institutions, including Barclays, BMW, the European Union, and the United Nations.

Our Oracle practice is built on a regional delivery team operating in the Middle East since 2004, recognised with the Oracle HCM Cloud Specialized Partner of the Year award at both Global and EMEA level in 2018. In 2025 that team was brought together under Simalaya, combining proven regional delivery with European institutional governance and board-level accountability for every engagement.

We deliver across Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications and Oracle E-Business Suite, the two core enterprise suites, supported by Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Oracle EPM, Oracle Analytics, and Primavera. Across this estate we apply Oracle AI and Agentic AI to automate transactional work, strengthen controls, and surface decision insight, governed to the same standards as the rest of the platform.

We work with CIOs, CHROs, CFOs, transformation offices, and procurement leaders who need an Oracle partner that understands enterprise reality and delivers against it.
