Lauri Lättilä

Lauri Lättilä serves as the Head of Research at SimAnalytics since March 2022, having previously held the position of COO at SimAnalytics Oy from January 2013 to March 2022, focusing on simulation-based decision support systems and data analysis. Prior experience includes a postdoctoral researcher and assistant role at Lappeenranta University of Technology, where responsibilities involved teaching various statistical and research courses and developing a dissertation on enhancing transportation and warehousing efficiency through simulation-based decision-support systems. Lauri has also contributed as a research assistant at the Technology Business Research Center, analyzing value creation in the ICT sector. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Science in Industrial Management, a Master of Science in Business Administration & Economics, and additional degrees in Business Administration and Industrial Engineering and Management, all from LUT University.
